Sunsynk App dashboard not updating

I noticed that the Sunsynk App dashboard does not update the Energy produced (daily + total) and shows zero, although I produced solar energy.

This is both the browser and mobile app. (attached image)

If I click into the plant, then it shows: (attached image)
