Separate trunking for Dc an ac?

Someone told me that I should put my DC wiring from my panels in a separate trunking from my ac wiring? Is this correct or doesn’t it matter. 
 

when dc and ac wiring gets to the inverter they all close together so why would you need separate trunking?
