July 23, 20223 yr Author Ok. I know it's Saturday afternoon but it's the only time I had to check my system again. I changed it now to SUB to utilize my Solar more. Now all of a sudden my batteries only show 50% capacity. If I put it back to UTI then they show 100%. Anyone familiar with this problem???

Without that those in the know will be poking in the dark

July 23, 20223 yr Not sure which Dyness batteries you have. So when I look at the datasheet of this particular Battery, your program code 19 and 20 are a bit higher than what the battery specs state. https://solaradvice.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Dyness-4-8-Block-Datasheet.pdf Did you just leave the Inverter values at default? The next question is if there is no BMS comms possible with those batteries? Do your batteries have a sticker that states the charge and float voltages? If you do not have BMS comms, then read program code 5 again. "US2 (suitable when Lithium Battery without BMS comms) Have you tried that yet and applied the correct voltages in 19 and 20 as per your batteries specs? You should also read this thread, as BMS comms is possible it seems, and that is always the preferable option. Edited July 23, 20223 yr by zsde
