I came across a company that recons batteries . they give a one year guarantee and say its as good as new.

the only do the better topshelf type bats at R10 rand a ah  or you can buy recon bats from the for around R15 buck a ah

I have looked at those in the beginning as well. But if you look a little deeper you will quite a few complaints with people that could not get refunds , replacements or batts bumming out a little over a year. I for one would say wait until you can afford the real deal , that is if you even need batteries.
