Hi, I’m still new to the invertor game. I’ve completed my first installation, all seems ok, but can’t get the CAN cable comms connection between the sunsynch 8kva inverter and 5kw freedom win battery. I’ve spoken to the supplier and he assures me the Type one cable will work. One manual says it’s will work, another says it must be pin 5 and 4 . Any suggestions?

On my Deye (basically SunSynk) to my Freedom Won you go from 4 and 5 to 7 and 8.  Let me get the exact thing in the manual:

So you'll connect Pin 4 - 7 and then 5 - 8.

Then on the inverter you set your lithium mode to 00 and battery type to Lithium.
