January 15, 20233 yr Hi, I bought a Mecer 1440w inverter with 2x105ah batteries. I did the setup, but the inverter is not switching on at all, the screen stays off. I tested both batteries with a battery tester and was fine and was 24volt... I've tried decoupling the batteries and just run from the wall socket, but the inverter is still off/screen off. Any idea?

Be aware that 24.0 V is just about dead flat for a nominally 24 V battery. There is a significant load soon after turn-on which may be too much for a weak battery. But it should light up the display, and show a fault code if something is wrong. So it sounds like this inverter is faulty. Some models don't even have a utility power supply.
