RIOT Cloudlink not connecting to inverter data

Hi All

I have the above connected to a Hubble AM2 and Mecer Axpert king, it was working perfectly and on the 24th Dec 2022 it stop providing inverter/PV data . This only occurred when Hubble portal server crashed and when it was brought up again the inverter/PV data do not show and it says inverter is not connected. I have checked cables etc all look fine.

Has anyone else had this problem on there RIOT device since the portal server crashed? The device has the latest firmware. Hubble is saying inverter port or Riot device port might have failed but I find that theory unlikely as it only happened the day the server crashed.
