January 25, 20233 yr Placed an order 1 1/2 weeks ago. No response save for a confirmation of order. No communication since. No response to e-mai and upon eventually speaking to a person, she took details and promised to call back in 5 minutes. Day and a half later still nothing. Today there is no answer at any telephone number. Are they a scam?

January 25, 20233 yr I have bought from them before (long ago), but I went to their physical shop in Centurion. Was a small setup, and not enough "sales" people. I see they have now relocated to one of the big corporate parks in Midrand, next to the N1.

I was there 2 weeks ago and nearly no space inside due to many prospective buyers. Also a plus is the number of inverters on display or trolleys on the floor. When no shop I could find had galvanised 35mm rail they had lots available in 3 and 6m. Also 3 employees at the sales counter. Just my 2c when I dashed in and out on a Saturday.
