Hi guys

New to this forum and looking for recommendations for an independent Sunsynk installer to assist with the checking and optimization of my setup - a Sunsynk Hybrid 12kva 3 phase inverter with 2 x 48V 5kWh lithium battery packs and 10 x 535W JA Panels Mono

Not convinced the original installer did the best possible job / configuration  - I'm in Sandton JHB and welcome any feedback / positive experiences with anyone in particular?

Hi Richard, what brand of ba tteries are installed? 

Hi Steve, I don't know as they are branded by Nexsolar and as they have their own BMS, configured as Lead Acid on the inverter 

Maybe post a picture of the battery and label.

Will do so if any labels can be accessed - it's mounted on the wall so if at the back this would be very tricky!
