June 23, 20233 yr We bought batteries from SA solar suppliers. They were very slow and evasive on a firm delivery date. On the day we were going to submit an affidavit to SAPs the batteries arrived. Well, some nice, larger and we branded batteries arrived. Upon installation there are issues. Can't open the warranty, so the batteries are not supplied by the name on the label (SunSynk). The label actually covers a hole in the casing for the battery. There are signs the batteries are not new, there are lights missing and operational issues. There are numerous misrepresentations that I think are fraudulent, including the use of another companies VAT number. This may be a criminal act itself. The website does not appear to be functioning any more. The phone number is an answer phone. Perhaps they'll call back. I have sent a message to the only visible email address and am waiting for a reply. Sunsynk advise the batteries are not theirs. They have of course a degree of reputational damage. I have suffered substantial loss. If anyone has suggestions on how to move this matter further please let me know Regards Alan
