Good morning i  am relatively new to the Forum and Solar PV systems. I am not an electrician or PV technician. I have a Goodwe 5KV Inverter running on 23 panels. I had a problem with my batteries and a self proclaimed Techician came removed the batteries and changed settings on my PV master app. Sudddenly i am now feeding the grid 20 Units per day where i only used 1 Unit per day during day time. Is there anyone who can assist how to prevent the system of feeding into the Grid. I called Goodwe they recommended i must put export limit off then a day later they advise put the function on and put in 0 export limit and a Power factor of - 99. Now once again i am not a technician. The installer is of little to no use to me rumbling figures and he is to busy. Is there anyone who can guide me on what to do or provide a contact number of someone who can assist me.

Assuming it is a Goodwe ES
Using PV Master or SolarGo

1) Advanced settings

2) Turn export power limitation ON

3) Set power limit to zero

A small amount will still get sent back to grid (at least that;s the case with my Goodwe ES). I think that's the inverter trying to zero the meter for the day.

Thnak you very much i reduced the Power factor to -99 and export Power Limitation to 0 and its sorted. Really appreciate the feedback.
