Clayton321 Posted March 4, 2023 Posted March 4, 2023 Hey guys i noticed on Solar Assistant website that the raspberry pi 1 is not officially supported however “has been used by some users” just wondering if any of you have had experience with this? I have a spare pi 1b around so would prefer to use that instead of purchasing a new one. im thinking of going this route and integrating SA into home assistant to be able to read and write in real time back to my Deye 5kw inverter. thanks for your help Quote
Sidewinder Posted March 6, 2023 Posted March 6, 2023 If a RPi 3A+ is classified as a "Data is real-time within 2 - 4 seconds + Historic metric every 30 seconds", then a RPi 1 will probably give worse performance. Quote
