March 16, 20233 yr Hello In my country, we have lots of felicity lithium batteries, they are quite good so far, but there is a problem with it, they are just a black box, you can't get any info about the batt status ( each cell voltage - life cycles..etc ) I would like to see a report about a battery, I contacted the felicity technical support but they refused to give me the program and said that it's for thier technicals only and not public, does anyone know what is the program? There are many other lithium batteries on the market like D.GRID and BLUEJOY and they provide you with this info easily

September 19, 20241 yr You can monitor the battery via the correct cable and their battery upgrade software from your PC or Laptop. No need to update the battery first.
