Could you also check if there is a nearby AP broadcasting on the same frequency as yours? if so then you can change your frequency and see if that helps? 2.4ghz bands are very oversubscribed so lots of interference

March 31, 20233 yr Author I have found the problem, it was on my Wifi for some reason after firmware update on my router got more advanced setting for 2.4 wifi that did not work with the sunsynk dongle had to put wifi on Legacy for Legacy devices
