Good day.

My Solarman Smart Data Logger stopped working and the Installer gave me a new one.

The "net" light does not come on at all(on the previous logger also).I tried connecting to different networks(NOT 5G) but still nothing.

Is it possible that my data port on the inverter is faulty.

My inverter is just over a year old.

If it is the Inverter,can the data port be swopped out or does the whole unit need to go to Sunsynk for that?
