Anyone Here Know How to Connect to Pylontech US3000 with BatteryView?

Featured Replies

It has been a few months since I last tried to connect, but I was never successful then. Not sure if it was the cables I have or perhaps a bad or old version of BatteryView. Where can I download the latest official version? Is there an alternative software that I could try to help determine if my cables are the problem.

Do you plug into the console port or into the RS485 port?

I have these two cables that I bought from Mercadolibre:

I have the same issue. Can't get Batteryview to connect to my Pylontech Us3000c

The "C" suffix batteries use a different cable to the older us3000/a/b batteries, maybe that is your problem, do you have the correct cable?

You sound knowledgeable on the topic. Could you please share what cables are needed for a regular US3000?
