Change setting 28 (output voltage)

Can setting 28 be adjusted/selected without monitoring software, as the software does not detect connection from inverter, on 2nd machine works fine !!!

Yes, use the settings on the inverter itself via buttons and display. Though you have to do it with the power switch off. FAQ #3.

Edit: I note that setting 28 is output mode (single / parallel / three phase). But both output voltage and output mode have to be done with the power switch off.

On some models, you have to use a command to change the output voltage (220/230/240); there is no user setting. I think I mention this on the AEVA forum, in case this is what you actually intend to do.
