Hi I'm new to the forum

I have a 3kva Mercer inverter with 2×100Ah gel batteries, I keep getting an 04 error recently , Before when I git the error I would know my batteries are flat and I have about 15-30mins life left , Now the error comes on half an hour after the power goes out and keeps beeping for the remainder of loadshedding 

 

What could the problem be ? And how do I fix it ?
