May 29, 20233 yr I am looking for a “Labour Only” quotation for the upgrade of an EXISTING RCT inverter system with 5kW Dyness battery. Essentially to replace the RCT with a 5kW Sunsynk and connect up with MC4 new installed panels and earth to spike. Install and wire the 2 string combiner box with isolators, fuses and surge arrestors and earth for equipotential earthing. Remove RCT, install and wire Sunsynk and add output circuit breaker. Existing battery and maybe fuse holder will need to be repositioned lower on the wall. All with necessary conduits and trunking. Commission and connect wireless dongle to App. COC. All work to comply with standards. Scope: Wire 8 x 545W existing panels in 2 strings from the double storey slab roof to combiner box. Conduits on slab and trunking down the wall. Drill wall for entry to DB room. Wire panels (installed already) direct to external ground spike Wire two string combiner box with isolators, fuses and surge arrestors. Earth to main DB earth Remove RCT, install and wire Sunsynk and add output circuit breaker to existing changeover switch, surge arrestors in main DB and input circuit breaker. All wiring to be neatly and professionally wired in new trunking CT coil connection Neutral earth bonding All materials (not tools) supplied by client Commission and set up Sunsyk and connect dongle Register Sunsynk warranty To ensure the installation is compliant with manufacturer and SANS regulations Issue COC Based near Ballito, KZN Inbox/DM quotation and work date Suitable references and DOL registration will be required before commencement Site visit will be arranged after prelim quotation if necessary
