  3. Where are you based? I recommend getting a professional 3rd party to check the entire system thoroughly. Wouldn't trust the installers know how given the south facing panels.
  4. South facing panels is a waste in South Africa, won't get much production.
  5. Another company to stay away from, despite them originally being legit : livestainable.co.za See Post in thread 'Experiences with livestainable.co.za' https://mybroadband.co.za/forum/threads/experiences-with-livestainable-co-za.1214305/post-34457298

This is a common issue, well known to Sunsynk /Deye, just that wifi board can be removed and taken in to Sunsynk over the counter and swapped for a replacement no problem. You could do it yourself actually. The entire inverter doesn't have to be removed. Rather do it within warranty and they'll replace free of charge
  7. Bump still available
  8. Will message you. Full monitoring details in home assistant available. Thanks
  9. Installed August 2023 Timer setting was to discharge to around 40% daily. Which didn't happen daily probably as per the cycles being around 310. At 20% would be very few times when the municipal power was down for a while, with the inverter switching off the loads at 15% or 20%. The Sunsynk 16kwh inverter they were linked to has been sold already and the site was deleted, so the historical data is not available. Further diagnostics it could be extracted from the battery if need be.
  10. For anyone wanting to run things locally on home assistant without the cloud, smartpad have quite a few options and their service is exceptional. https://store.smartpad.co.za/index.php/product/esphome-smart-controller-energy-monitoring/
  11. There's no 16kw 3 phase. You should look at the 15kw or 20kw 3 phase

  13. Try Disable mobile data so phone stays on the logger WiFi. If that's already done : Try these pages instead: http://10.10.10.1/config.html http://10.10.10.1/goform/config If no luck, hard reset by holding down RESET button for 10–15s while connected to inverter, and try again. Lastly, try another Sunsynk logger in your inverter and see if the issue persists, these loggers do fail at times, RMA it
