BGb
Hi tried adding an additional pylontech US3000c to my existing 3 US3000 pylontech's (1 US 3000c 2 US3000b) as the batteries were only charging to 87% on the old setting. The normal approach would have been to use PVmaster but it looks like it's no longer supported as I could not find the US3000"s. I downloaded Solargo but found that it defaulted to Warehouse as the location and when I tried to change it to South Africa I got a "failed" message. I ignored this and continued to the battery setting, initially the Pylontech US3000 x 4 and Pylontech US3000c were visible, I again tried to select the battery but probably after 50 "fialed" response gave up and quit the app. When I did re-open the app the batteries were no longer visible. I also noticed my DOD on grid changed to 89% and 99% for off grid and unable to change it. I think my firmware has been upgraded to 242417 My SolarWi internet connection has also dissappeared and now not able to connect to inverter with home Wifi. The Goodwe help desk are trying to help and were able to change DOD settings and changed the Amps to 296 (4x74amp pylontechs). Can anyone advise how to reload SolarWi? It initially worked when I installed Solargo but now not picked up by my mobile at all Is this communication failure "fail" when trying to select settings something that happens often? Is there a way to improve communication? How do you get the "US3000" options back is Solargo? Can one still use SEMS that allows changing modes and DOD? Greg
Great inverter, but both Solargo and PVMaster are SO unreliable. Strange that Goodwe can change your settings in a flash, but cannot provide a reliable windows app that you can manage ALL settings yourself. High level support doesn't exist in SA.
