Gentlemen,

I have enough space for 12 solar panels (6 east / 6 west). What panels would you recommend is ideal for this setup  inside parameters of inverter.

I would also like to allow for not so sunny winter days as well.

12 x 530W should get you close to the max for the inverter. Use 6 series east on MPPT1 and 6 series west on MPPT2. Do not use panels with a high current as the MPPTs would clip the current over 13A and waste the money spend to acquire them.

Panels below 530W would negatively affect your yield.
