I received this regarding the Volta - Deye agreement...

So you received a document that was issued by BRANDCO GROUP (PTY) LTD
Did you forward this to Deye for validation? Deye is most definitely not a signatory, else their contact details would be reflected on the doc too.
Simple enough to paste someone elses Logo into your own marketing material.

Maybe this is their own internal company warranty?
Nothing stops companies from offering their own warranties.
Whether they will still be around in 10 years to honor that warranty is of course a whole other story :)

Yup, just like your car manufacturer doesn’t have to be party to or have to sign off on an extended warranty offered by a third party. As long as the third party holds up their end of the deal.

Hello guys, does anybody have the Deye + Volta warranty document for me please?

I take it someone didn’t take your original post lightly?… 🙄

while initial assumption might have been incorrect imo, I certainly hope no one came down threatening some sort of action, cause that certainly isn’t a good look either. If anyone from the supplier reads this, rather just come forward and state the facts, instead of leaving up to people to make assumptions.
