So you received a document that was issued by BRANDCO GROUP (PTY) LTD Did you forward this to Deye for validation? Deye is most definitely not a signatory, else their contact details would be reflected on the doc too. Simple enough to paste someone elses Logo into your own marketing material.
July 27, 20232 yr Maybe this is their own internal company warranty? Nothing stops companies from offering their own warranties. Whether they will still be around in 10 years to honor that warranty is of course a whole other story

As long as the third party holds up their end of the deal.

I take it someone didn’t take your original post lightly?… 🙄 while initial assumption might have been incorrect imo, I certainly hope no one came down threatening some sort of action, cause that certainly isn’t a good look either. If anyone from the supplier reads this, rather just come forward and state the facts, instead of leaving up to people to make assumptions.
