Finally found it. The factory model is SEG-48100H manufactured by Shanghai Electric Gotion and sold in SA by Power and Sun Solar Solutions, Johannesburg. Any chance you could share a scan of the user manual and/or advice on how to connect the BMS to a Jinko inverter (JKS-12K-SG04LP3-EU)? Currently inverter is not set in Lithium mode.
