No power from the inverter to the fuse box

Hi all 

I have an axpert 7200kw inverter with 6 x 2000us lithium battery. 

The battery ran flat so i have to recharge them unfortunately it is a cloud week.

On the inverter the battery indicater is flashing.  Is that normal.

    Maybe i should turn the inverter on. That would off help from the beginning
