August 29, 20188 yr Hello I'm new here. Please can the Axpert Mks 3kva 24v work with tubular batteries like the luminous lt500 2x 12v 220ah batteries. I have been hearing that they won't charge well. I know there will be problems with equalization but still cant seem to understand why it won't charge at least till float. Thanks

It seems you should not charge at less than 15.5V in the absorption phase, which is 31V on a 24V system. This is the point where this particular inverter cuts out. As I recall, it won't let you get close to 30V on charging. So it seems what you heard is right: this is probably not a good combination.
