I need help with a service password reset on my Primo. I cannot get into the datamanager settings. Apparently it can be done by a registred installer via the Solar-SOS website. Using the "*Recovery Key*" *function* in Fronius *Solar*.*SOS*, you can generate the unlock code to reset the Customer & Technician password of your device. PM me if you can help.

They will need your solarweb profile name and a picture of the serial number plate on the side of the Fronius.

I bought a used unit from someone who forgot their service password.  Fronius support helped me get it onto my SolarWeb account and the service password reset.
