Hi I need help with a service password reset on my Primo. I cannot get into the datamanager settings. Apparently it can be done by a registred installer via the Solar-SOS website. Using the "*Recovery Key*" *function* in Fronius *Solar*.*SOS*, you can generate the unlock code to reset the Customer & Technician password of your device. PM me if you can help. thanks

Perhaps you could ask them for evidence as in a copy of the bms log from the battery. I am not 100% sure what infomation it reflects but it might actually show when the bms was cleared and if in fact it was. Suppose at this stage you hace nothing to loose !

I have a Multiplus-II so far it is is pretty silent. It seems to make the loudest humming noise when connecting loads that typically generate harmonic's. Eg: The most noticeable is a hair dryer used at half its power setting (clipped sine wave). This is during normal and inverter operation. Perhaps you could try isolate each of your loads in turn and see if the hum improves. This would rule out the possibility of load causing the hum.

Same setup as you using recomended CVL parameters and seem's to behave the same.

Can ony one comment on experience wrt consumption with ceramic geyser elements. Claimed 25% saving !

Wonder if the same proceedure would need to be applied to Deye inverter's if one elects to flash the firmware ?

I would assume senario 2 would be using the inverter's communication link to Pylontech BMS and these particular settings would be available to configure in the inverter/charger software. Seem to recall seeing it on my Multiplus.
