November 28, 20232 yr Hoping to get some guidance on which solar panels to install for an inverter trolley I got from Geewiz(https://www.geewiz.co.za/inverter-trolleys/178350-3000va-mecer-axpert-pure-sine-inverter-2x-100ah-lithium-battery-trolley-12-hour-battery-life-kit-3000w-with-lithium-battery-3000-cycles-2560wh.html) The plan is to run the house lights(all LED) and some devices(gaming PC, desk lamp and TV) in my room off the 3kw inverter. Max watts drawn should be around 600w. I will increase the battery size from 2.5Kwh to 5Kwh soon. This is the spec sheet from the inverter. Can I use 2x Canadian Solar 600W panels (https://www.sustainable.co.za/collections/rigid-solar-panels/products/canadian-solar-600w-super-high-power-mono-perc-hiku7-with-evo2) Please advise, thanks in advance.

Yes you can run 2x600W but they must be in parallel not series. You can always use an external MPPT like I have used and as Chris Louw is currently using to get more PV power to the battery.
