Morning all

I have a 5kW Sunsynk with 5kWh E-Tower Freedom won setup.

Over the holidays the battery shut down when it reached 20%. Now I can not get the battery to start charging.

I have done a reset on the battery and inverter, but the inverter says no battery, and no communication with the BMS

Any recommendations on how to proceed
