Axpert Twin firmware

Featured Replies

Hello, I have a problem with an Axpert 4000 twin VM IV inverter.

Options 60-64 do not appear in it

U1:60.04

U2:22.12

I tried to update for

U1:71.00

and error number 32 appeared

then I tried to update the Remote Panel_Reflash_MCU with VM III "I was wrong about that"

and the inverter stopped working

Please, If you have the Firmware for the Remote Panel Reflash MCU

So that I can fix it

The matter is urgent, please respond as soon as possible

Thank you very much

Bad news: 32 means comms failed, and I think it's because the new firmware crashes your inverter.

What made you think that 71.00 was suitable for your model? Maybe there is a firmware for VM IV Twins with that number that I've never heard of.

Can you tell me the exact file name of the firmware update file that you used? This will actually be the most difficult part to undo.

Alas, there are very few VM IV firmwares about. I have the 122.15 firmware, but it's non-twin. Can you tell me what the display firmware was before you updated with VM III display firmware?

Obviously in hindsight, VM III (removable) and VM IV (round, colour) display hardware is very different.

Problem solved. I updated the processor to version U1:71.00 after connecting the Vm III screen, then I completely changed the screen processor included in the connection card with a dedicated card for the same device that contains software compatible with 71.00 (Hardware)

Note that the old version of the screen processor (before the change) is included in the post, which is U2:22.12

I'm glad you're sorted, but I'm totally confused about what you did. Did you really transfer a chip from a VM III removable display onto your VM IV display?

And you really are running U1 71 00?

Ah, my bad. I'm so used to people not providing version numbers.

No, you misunderstood me.

I replaced the current VM IV graphics card processor with another of the same type، Not a VM III.

Because I could not find the right Firmware to give and the customer was in a hurry
