They should be fairly clean square waves (but earthing problems will make them look spiky), about -5 V to about +13 V with respect to their emitters. The high side emitters are way above earth; take care measuring them (don't put a CRO earth lead on the emitter when it's running with non-zero bus voltage, for example).

Edit: This is for an MKS/Max/King. I think they're all the same, but it's possible that the -5 V might be one of the corners that gets cut on VM models (V for Value).
