I would get 6 more 255 watt panels with the same rating and connect 9 in series per string, 2 strings in parallel. Depending on your panel ratings, that should give you roughly 330VOC and about 16 amp. In total you will have 4580 Watt. 18 x 255watt panels would be about your max.

If one string has 9x60 cells, the other must be the same. So, 9x255 in one string and 3x255+6x275 in the other.Take care if there are shadows or different slopes in pannels.
