February 25, 20242 yr Good day. I own a mecer sol-i-ax-3vp. I have 4 100ah 12V lead acid batteries and 1160W of solar panels. I am staying on a farm and I mainly use this as a backup system for Loadsheding. Any suggestions on what whould be the most optimal setting and one more question. If i put the setting to Solar first. Does the inverter first put the power thru the batteries and then out to the load? Looking at the diagram drawn when I select that option it sure does seem like that it does.
