Deye inverters consuming itself from grid

Featured Replies

Hi, I have two deye sun 10k sg04lp3 in parallel with 40 kWh batteries. In the app I see in this period with zero export to ct and solar sell unthiked (i'm not allowed to sell atm) around 1 kWh drawing per day in the app that is quite ok. But when I read the measuring from the municipality meter I see a costant drawing of 10 kWh per day!!! Why this behavior?

I attached the readings by the municipality meter and from solarman app.

How far is the CT away from the inverter, and how are they connected?

Near the inverter, like two meters away. We used the stock CT, no modificationz with Arrow pointing as showed in the manual.

Yes

Take a reading on the inverter with as many as possible loads off. Then switch on a known load and check the reading. Compare the reading with the grid use during this short period.

Have your settings in a way where no PV or battery power is used.

I tried with differente loads.if i switch off all loads the municiplaity inverter shows me 400 W consumption costantly. CT clamps are pointed correctly to inverter. I Will try with zero export to loads.
