Since last month i am using the Grovalt Orval, its working fine but the issue is its connectivity with the cloud is poor. Mostly device showed offline In the app.

Can anybody help me to sort out this issue.

It's spelled Grovolt Orval, for others to find this topic later.

This sems to be a new manufacturer or cloner; I'm not familiar with them. Their web site doesn't even have a HTTPS certificate, so I'd guess that they are very new or very cheap.
