SunSynk - Cannot UNBIND Gateway - No Permission

Hi guys

I am trying to unbind myself from a Gateway, but when I use the option the page displays "No Permission".  I tried to get hold of SunSynk South Africa and UK, but just end up with a dead phoneline.  Anyone who can assist, please?

    3. Adjust your preference.
