JacoG
Hi All, I had the strangest thing this morning, my system have been running for quite some time(Everything is on essentials), this morning when my geyser came on the battery only supplied some of the load and the rest was drawn from the grid. Battery state of charge was 60%. Has this happened to anyone?
JayMardern
Can you share your time of use settings (ie the table of times and SoC's)? (Is there a Power limit specified there by any chance?) In my setup, 'Power' limits max draw from the battery when the grid is up... 14 minutes ago, JacoG said: Hi All, I had the strangest thing this morning, my system have been running for quite some time(Everything is on essentials), this morning when my geyser came on the battery only supplied some of the load and the rest was drawn from the grid. Scorp007
1 hour ago, JacoG said: Start your timer settings at 00h00. The setting 21h00 to 01h00 is spread over 2 days. That can confuse the 24h clock. 21h on the same day for starting can be seen as later than 01h00 on the same day. JayMardern

On the Sunsynk (same OEM) this was only recently fixed in firmware (and my older firmware used to do this same thing where if the first and last time wasn't 00:00, I'd get weird timer behavior similar to what OP is reporting - even with the inverter in AM/PM 12-hour mode.). So OP, definitely try swapping that 01:00 time to be 00:00 instead and see how you go.
JacoG
Thanks guys, I have set the timer as you said for future issues, turns out my one battery was switched off when I went to check this morning, not sure why no alerts or warnings.
