Looking at getting a 1 year old Magneto Battery Wall Mount 5.1kWh battery. I see it uses the same generic scren (controller?) as most of the locally build batteries.

Would the BMS have protected it against charging at too high voltage etc? I know the pylontechs don't trip when you pull more power than specced or have too high a charge voltage
