My lithium batteries charging slow with growatt spf 5000 es

I DIY a solar project at my home. I installed 14 320watt panels in two string. Where I am getting 280v per strings.

And I have two lithium server rack batteries, both are 48v 100ah 5.1kwh batteries. Both batteries are connected with bms cable with inverter. 
 

the issue is my batteries are charging very slow. And I couldn’t figure it out why it’s charging slower. Can anyone help me maximise the charging current?

You don't say what Batteries you have and also whether the BMS is actually communicating with the Inverter.
Which BMS Protocol did you select in Programme code 36?

It seems that it's not communicating, as your Max charge current is set to 2A. At that rate a 100Ah battery would need at least 50 hours to charge.
If you know that the BMS can communicate with the Inverter, then you should apply the  correct protocol.
If you don't have that info then you should rather use USE2 and set all your parameters as per the Battery label specs.

I am using SHOTO 48v 100a batteries. I am using 02 on 36 protocol based on my growatt manual I needed to use this settings. 

 

In LI mode, I can't change the charge current, everytime I change to 40-50, it goes back to 5a. again and again

That means the Protocol is not the correct one.
Where in the Growatt Manual does it state which Protocol to use per battery type? Normally the Battery manufacturer supplies their compatibility and connections for the different Inverters.
The Shoto User Manual does specify the pins for CAN comms. The Growatt pins for CAN comms are also available. 
Your Battery does not support a 1 on 1 cable for CAN comms.
I can only suggest you make up a cable to match the pin connections for CAN comms and then try Protocol 52.

If all fails, then use US2 mode and set up your battery specs manually.

In addition. Solar Suppliers put out this guide,

Now they talk about a "CAN" cable. So I am not sure if your battery had a number of LAN cables included for different applications? If not, make one up or have one made up.
Anyhow, it states that it should work with CAN comms and protocol 52
