  1. I recently purchased two Shoto 5.1kwh batteries, but I’ve been having some trouble with them. The main issue is that I can’t use the LI mode because I can’t change the charge input from 5 amps to more amps. So, I’ve been using the USE mode, where I set my charge settings to 25 amps. This works great; it charges very fast. But the problem is, it sometimes goes into fault mode, and I can’t seem to fix it on my own. I’m hoping someone here might have had a similar issue and knows how to fix it. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
  2. I am using SHOTO 48v 100a batteries. I am using 02 on 36 protocol based on my growatt manual I needed to use this settings. In LI mode, I can't change the charge current, everytime I change to 40-50, it goes back to 5a. again and again
  3. How to setup bulk and float parameters boss? Can you help little me by providing the information?
  4. What method are you using for charging these batteries? USE or LI? Also is it worth buying solar assistance?
  5. Hi, apologies for posting here. I’m using the same batteries and feeling really frustrated – I’m almost ready to give up on them. I’ve tried about 10-15 different DIP switch settings, but I’m still not sure if they are working properly. I have two batteries connected in parallel and using RS485 LAN and LI protocol (02 36) on my Growatt inverter. However, when I use the LI mode, the batteries charge very slowly, around 5A (250w-290w), and I can’t change the settings while in LI mode. But when I switch to USE or USE2, the charging speed jumps to 40A (1000w-1300w). The problem is, in these modes, I can’t see how much charge the batteries have (SOC) on the inverter. Could anyone please help me? I’m really exhausted dealing with this. Also, I’m not in the USA, so getting a solar assistance device isn’t an option for me.
  6. My batteries went under voltage cut-off, and my Growatt SPF 5000ES stopped charging them. I changed the settings from LI to US2, and it started charging, moving from 24% to 25%. However, now it’s stuck at 25% and won’t go higher. What can I do? I am very new to solar

  8. I DIY a solar project at my home. I installed 14 320watt panels in two string. Where I am getting 280v per strings. And I have two lithium server rack batteries, both are 48v 100ah 5.1kwh batteries. Both batteries are connected with bms cable with inverter. the issue is my batteries are charging very slow. And I couldn’t figure it out why it’s charging slower. Can anyone help me maximise the charging current? please help, i am new to solar
