That appears to be an InfiniSolar E 5.5kW, at least according to one search result.

I no longer collect these firmwares, as I'm swamped as it is with Axpert (off-grid, these are on-grid) models.

So I'm no help, sorry. I can usually help with Axpert firmware updates.
