Hi. I have a steca 5kw. Axpert based. I have fixed burned mosfets and igbt, I have also replaced the voltage regulator-12v and all the elwctrolytic caps in the power supply.

The invertor starts up without error 09 now.😁

But when the invertor side begins to run , it draws an over current. My power supply connected to the battery terminals limits the current drawn to 2amps. And then the setup trip and restarts.

The Q32 igbt keeps on failing. And I have rwplaced it about 12 times in a row now. I can't find any other problems on thw board as for this bliwibg Q32 problem. Does anyone have a idea why this igbt keeps blowing?

Check the gate driver. If it's not being driven properly, then it can be in a resistive state, where it will draw a lot of power.

This is a common problem. It takes a lot of current to start the DC->AC converter. It may be that your power supply isn't up to it. I'd try a 3 A limit if it can do it, and at least 54 V if it can do that (assuming it's a 48 V model, as it presumably has to be for a 5 kW model).
