We have this inverter, and our company’s engineer tried to connect the BMS cable to the battery, but we failed despite all attempts. The manufacturer did nothing to help, and when we replaced this inverter with another one from different brands, the connection worked easily. It’s worth noting that the motherboard is almost identical to Voltronic inverters.

I happens that sometimes your inverter may look exactly like another one, but the software may be totally different.

I myself am trying to establish communication between a Felicity inverter (that looks very similar to a Voltronic) and a Dyness battery. Despite the fact that they both use RS485 and I have the correct pin-out from both manufacturers as well as the dip switches set correctly, I just cannot get them to communicate.
