shows that there is dc coming from solar panels ' even when not connected to solar .

    This issue could be due to opamp circuit reading the voltage of solar panels . Your inverter is reading above threshold limits which could be above 500v . If you are a technician you can follow the series resistors reading the pv voltage and check the +ve and -ve voltages applied to tl072 op-amp .
