It's my first time posting on the forum so not sure if I am posting in the correct place.

I have just added 12 x 565 solar panels to my 5kw Deye inverter.

The total wattage of the panels is 6780 watts.

On the system work load screen on the inverter my max solar power is set to 5000W.

Is this figure correct or should it match my total wattage of the panels. Not sure how to attach Pic.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Just make sure the total voltage of the panels do not exceed total mppt voltage of inverter.

I don't know the Deye menu system, but probably not. If that is the export limit of your solar, that is all the inverter is rated to transfer from DC to AC. The DC to DC charging of the battery should allow you to use more of the solar than the 5kW limit.
