May 13, 20251 yr Unfortunately, my experience with Sun Link Energy (formerly known as SunWiWa) compels me to share this warning.Key Issues: Lack of After-Sales Support:The company fails to honour its after-sales service commitments.Improper Warranty Handling:Attempts to resolve a warranty issue were met with unjustified charges for services that should have been covered under the product warranty.Delayed Communication:It took over six months to receive a response from Martin Hartmann regarding a faulty Pylontech US3000C battery.Unjustified Fees:I was informed by Esme Hartmann (via email) that there would be charges of R1600 (excl. VAT) each for the collection and return of the faulty battery, when question she claimed telephonically these charges were imposed by the distributor, SegenSolar.Contradictory Information from Supplier:Upon contacting SegenSolar directly, I was informed no charges were applicable, contradicting Sun Link Energy's fraudulent claims.Additional Charges:After reporting the issue to SegenSolar, Sun Link Energy changed the narrative and I was informed the total R3680 fee is for removal and time.Pattern of Poor Service:A final screenshot shows that I am not the only customer experiencing issues, highlighting a broader concern.Review Suppression:It appears that negative reviews are being systematically removed by Sun Link Energy, which raises further concerns about transparency and accountability. Conclusion:Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Sun Link Energy. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism, particularly in exorbitant charges for handling warranty claims, is deeply concerning. Prospective customers should proceed with extreme caution. Edited May 14, 20251 yr by cyber7
