hello sir my Voltronic Axpert VM IV give 09 error .i have checked 4 of my battery side mosfet shorted (stp24810). but stp24810 mosfet not available in my country can i replace with TK100E08N1, IRFB4115 or NCEP85T16 and if possible i hvae to replace all 16 mosfet or only 4 shorted

change all mosfet with 4115

My suggestion is to always replace all 8 on one side of the H-bridge, since the short circuit will have given the opposite transistors a very hard time, if they are still working at all.
