3 hours ago3 hr Hi AllJust upgraded my system to a 12kw Deye and 32Kwh of batteries. All circuits are functioning correctly however, there is a negative value on the "load" circuit. There shouldn't be anything connected here as the circuits were simply moved over from the old installation All circuits should be on the "UPS-Load". The "Smart Load" is only the pool pump, this appears to function correctly and only switches on when the battery reaches a certain SoC.Ovens/Stoves/Geysers are all on separate phases. The house install is 3 phase, but only 1 phase has the inverter/solar installed. Please let me know if the electrician has got something wrong when moving over the circuits or if this is the usual reporting. On the previous setup (Sunsynk 5kw) there was never a negative "load" value. screenshot from the app attached.thanks in advance.

Arrow must point to inverter.
