Wednesday at 03:254 days HiI have an 7.2 that can drive a full load with battery. When I connect ac or solar and its starts to charge even only 20a it cuts the ac output. No error code and reset. It’s a 2 months old inverter and blew all. On the system db the grid input circuit breaker was tripped but with no short on the inverter sideOn this one all 12 mosfets and most of the igbts were short. Not exploded. I replaced them all and checked all the drive circuits and resistors etcRelays are working. I replaced all current sense components like op amp and the hall sense circuit.Did all the power supply caps . Even the 2 on the primary of the power supply that sometimes cut the output. Also replaced the -12v regulator.Normal measurements over igbts and Mosfets gives the correct reading like I have done hundreds of time before on other invertersI need to know what else to check.I also have a few 7.2 and 11 kw boards that cuts out under load over 3 kw. Was never able to solve that except if it was an old inverter and the 47uf 100v cap on the primary of supply was faultyRegardsVissie

Though I can't see how this would affect the AC output, if all the relays are working correctly.Maybe disconnect the board with the SCRs on it, if these models have that. It should work without it, just switch slower.
